About SuppFind
Our mission: translate supplement science into honest, actionable reviews — for anyone, anywhere.
Why SuppFind Exists
The global supplement market is worth over $200 billion — and much of it is built on marketing, not science. “Clinically proven” often means a single industry-funded study. “Natural” doesn’t mean safe. Label dosages frequently fall short of the amounts shown to work in human trials.
SuppFind starts from the research, not the product. We identify effective dosages, compare brands against those benchmarks, and tell you plainly what’s evidence-based and what’s just a claim.
Meet Our Editor
Mia has a background in health research and has spent years investigating how supplement ingredients are studied, formulated, and marketed. She founded SuppFind to give consumers worldwide access to clear, science-grounded product evaluations — free from brand influence.
Every review cites peer-reviewed literature and clearly distinguishes between supported claims and marketing language. SuppFind accepts no payment that influences ratings.
Our 4-Step Review Process
We search PubMed and Cochrane Reviews for human trials confirming effective doses.
We compare label claims against research dosages and assess ingredient form and bioavailability.
Brands are scored on transparency, third-party certifications (USP, NSF, Informed Sport) and value.
Reviews are revisited whenever formulas change or new research is published.
